The following sexual and racial harassment policy informs employees of the type of behavior that is unacceptable and provides employees who are the victims of sexual or racial harassment with a means of redress. Implementation of the policy is the duty of the managers and supervisors.

This End-User License Agreement (”EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Imari Pty Ltd that covers all Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint templates or spreadsheets (”TEMPLATES”) and software (“SOFTWARE”) made by Imari Pty Ltd.

By downloading, copying, accessing or otherwise using any TEMPLATES or/and SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement.

This TEMPLATE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Each TEMPLATE is licensed, not sold.

This EULA grants you the right to download this TEMPLATE free of charge for personal use or use within your company or organization.

You may customize this TEMPLATE with your personal information and use it for its intended purpose in personal calculations documentation or/and communications, but you may not remove or alter any logo, trademark, copyright, hyperlinks, disclaimers, terms of use or other proprietary notices within this TEMPLATE.

You may not sell, resell, license, rent, lease, lend or otherwise transfer for value without written
permission of Imari Pty Ltd.

You may not distribute this TEMPLATE in any stand-alone products that contain only the TEMPLATE, or as part of any other product. You may not copy or post any TEMPLATE on any network computer or broadcast it in any media without the written permission of Imari Pty Ltd.

All title and copyrights in and to the Template and any copies of the Template are owned by Imari Pty Ltd.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Imari Pty Ltd. In particular, this EULA does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks of Imari Pty Ltd. The use of any Template for any purpose other than expressly permitted in this EULA is prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Without prejudice to any other rights, Imari Pty Ltd may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of any TEMPLATE.

Imari Pty Ltd makes no representations about the suitability of the templates for any purpose. All templates are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Imari Pty Ltd hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the templates, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In no event shall Imari Pty Ltd be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious. Any references to events, people, places, or entities in the templates is purely fictitious and not intended to represent any actual event, person, place, or entity. Imari Pty Ltd disclaims any likeness or similarities to actual events, people, places, or entities, and any such likeness or similarities are unintentional and purely coincidental.
